Guidelines
- Refurbished products sold on Skroutz must have a 2-year warranty. The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days. In the absence of an explicit reference in the legislation for used products and any relevant distinction between used and non-used products, the right of withdrawal as well as the minimum legal warranty applies without exception to used products as well, exactly as it does to new products.
