Restrictions

• Enter the valid ISBN for books in the corresponding field of your XML file, or list the product in the correct category.
• Make sure your product prices comply with the Single Price of Books legislation (4549/2018, Article 35§2)
• Make sure you have the latest edition of the textbook, according to TYE Diophantos (https://publications.cti.gr/).

Mandatory specifications

Guidelines

• According to Article 35 of Section E of the relevant law on book pricing, it is prohibited to sell books at a price higher than the publisher’s price or lower than 90% of that price for the first edition, provided that the publisher is based in Greece, for a period of 18 months from the first edition. In the case of a reprint, the selling price may not be lower than 80% of the set price for 12 months, a period that begins only after the expiration of the 18 months from the first edition.
• Products in bundles/sets that are not an official publisher bundle with a corresponding barcode cannot be displayed.
• Used books cannot be displayed.
• For Diophantos publications: Only the current editions need to be sent, meaning books that will be taught in the upcoming school year. Older editions that are no longer used will be deactivated. The check for current editions is done from the editions page.
