Dimitris was involved in commerce from a young age, as he helped his father in the family business. After 8 years of collaboration with Skroutz and combined with his great love for e-commerce, he decided in 2020 to start his own business selling garden tools and home equipment. That's how Dimko was born.

From the very first day of operation, Dimitris placed his new business on the Skroutz platform, gaining a strong position in its category. In September 2022, when Dimitris received the first informative email from the Skroutz team about the new storage and order management service Fulfilled by Skroutz (FBS), he said "yes" from the very first second, without hesitation.

"The FBS service was exactly what I had been looking for all these years I've been an entrepreneur." , he says characteristically.

For him, it's not so much the need for storage, but everything else that the FBS service offers him. The biggest advantage it gives him is that it has taken away all the "headache" of order fulfillment from his daily routine.

"Whether the courier picked it up, whether the customer will receive it, whether the product will break during transport, whether it will be returned. With FBS, Skroutz takes care of all that. Really, the only thing I need to do for orders now is just issue a receipt." , Dimitris adds.

He believes that FBS is a joy for every professional. "When the order leaves the Skroutz hub, the time you save is worth more than anything," he tells us. At the same time, through his collaboration with Skroutz, he feels he has extra support.

"I fully trust that the people at Skroutz will handle the whole process much better for me." , he says characteristically.

His goal in the coming months is to increase the percentage of orders fulfilled by the Skroutz hub and to expand his business range with even more new products.
